Will Kisner is Engineering Project Coordinator and has been with WL Port-Land Systems since 1996.  Prior to Will’s promotion to Engineering Project Coordinator, which was a newly developed position, Will has held positions in Drafting as a CAD Technician (1996 - 1998), Project Leader specializing in systems layout and project design (1998 - 2000), and Project Manager where he managed all project aspects from engineering, drafting, and construction through complete systems start-up (2000 – 2012).

As Engineering Project Coordinator, Will is responsible for communications with project managers, project leaders and engineering/drafting disciplines to ensure project scopes are implemented accurately, project schedules are being followed, and to compliment engineering and drafting operations in order to promote efficiency, organization, and to ensure proper project execution.

Will is consistently involved in project planning and implementation, the evaluation of progress, coordinating and attending project meetings, establishing and maintaining internal and external contacts, and validating material and information being generated for the project. In addition, he is an active participant in resolving discrepancies and problems, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and supervising other project staff as required to meet project deliverables.

Along with Will’s day-to-day responsibilities, he is instrumental in managing and coordinating project construction by working with the project group to properly develop equipment and field construction specifications and to develop schedules for material and equipment deliveries in line with construction activities.

Will is a graduate of Washington Institute of Technology with an Associates Degree in Computer Drafting and Design Engineering.  Will has knowledge and experience with various material handling systems involving both large new construction projects and various process and material handling equipment projects through numerous mill expansions and upgrades.
