As structural engineer, Dustin participates in civil and structural design in the proposal, design, and construction phases of a project. His involvement includes load calculations, structural takeoffs, design of slip-form and tilt-up concrete structures, masonry, steel structures, and foundations. He has experience in the inspection, analysis, and modification of existing concrete and steel structures. Before joining WL Port-Land Systems, his previous experience includes design and analysis of steel and concrete structures related to natural gas to energy conversion plants, inspection and modification of varying industrial facilities, and repair of existing underground utility tunnels. He also has experience in the design and analysis of both shallow and deep foundations.
Dustin is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and holds an active NCEES Record.
