Bill Casciola, P.E., joined WL Port-Land Systems in 2006. He has been involved in the engineering industry including analysis and design of structural steel and concrete structures/foundations, as well as project management experience since 1973.
Bill is an integral part of structural design and construction projects in our company. In addition, Bill has acquired valuable design and field experience over the years in multiple industries including coal material handling and preparation, power, aluminum, steel, food and and feed and grain, that aids in his ability not only to provide cost-effective designs, but also to work well with our clients and contractors.
Bill is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is currently a Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, New York, California, Michigan, Delaware, Virginia, Nebraska, North Carolina, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Iowa, Georgia, New Mexico and Alabama.
Bill is currently registered with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), and is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC).
