Evan Fennell is a Project Manager and joined WL Port-Land Systems in August 2018. He has been involved in engineering, construction and project management in various industries since 2005. Evan has held positions of project engineer and project manager for large steel forging and construction firms. Evans past project experience includes design and construction of facility infrastructure and various processes within a steel mill environment, heavy civil/transportation construction, renovations of existing water and wastewater treatment facilities, design and construction of financial institutions and environmental site remediation projects.
As Project Manager, Evan is responsible for management and coordination of all aspects of the project execution including design engineering, permitting, schedule development, installation and construction packages, subcontractor coordination, equipment purchasing, field construction, and commissioning. He serves as the primary customer interface during the execution phase and is ultimately responsible to ensure projects are completed on-schedule, within budget, and to the quality expected by our customers.
Evan is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He returned to the University of Pittsburgh earning a Master of Science in Material Science Engineering.
